Our Leeds office is dedicated to landlords, property investors and developers who have both residential and commercial needs. We work with those who just have a requirement to finance one or two properties and those who have large portfolios which need constant attention.
Property investors and developers use us for their constant need of cashflow and the landlords need us to manage the ongoing mortgaging requirements of their portfolio.
We feel we stand out from other Buy to Let mortgage firms. We are here to not only service current needs but to help place our clients portfolio's in a position of strength allowing them to weather the storms of the bad times and benefit from the good times. The majority of our client base gradually move their whole portfolio to our company and follow our advice to the letter.
Due to our industry knowledge and experience we can help with the majority of your needs no matter how unusual your requirements are.
If you are not located locally this is not a problem our clients are nationwide and we have many systems in place to allow us to conduct business electronically.
THE PAST IS NOT NECESSARILY A GUIDE TO FUTURE PERFORMANCE AND PAST PERFORMANCE MAY NOT NECESSARILY BE REPEATED. IF YOU WITHDRAW FROM AN INVESTMENT IN THE EARLY YEARS, YOU MAY NOT GET THE FULL AMOUNT YOU INVESTED.
Your initial consultation is obligation free. There may be a fee for our mortgage services which will typically not exceed 2% of the loan amount and we will retain the commission from the provider. Alternatively, you can choose a fee only option, the precise amount will depend on your circumstances and will be discussed and agreed before you make an application. Full details of our charges are detailed in our initial disclosure document which is provided before any applications are made.
